- Up to 2 pets per home
- $325 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
- Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet.

Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers
Doberman Pinschers
Chow Chows
Rottweilers
Presa Canarios
German Shepherds
Other restrictions may apply.
